Airwave Networks 24/7 Customer Care provides residents with access to Airwave Networks assistance around the clock.  Residents can either submit trouble tickets on-line or call Airwave Customer Care via a toll-free number to request billing and/or technical assistance for internet, TV and phone services.  Call Center representatives stand ready to assist residents with billing or technical issues or dispatch on-site support personnel for issues that cannot be resolved remotely.  Airwave Networks customers experience very short times in Integrated Voice Response (IVR) systems, in a holding queue or speaking with representatives.  In most cases Airwave Networks has spoken to a resident and completed the call before our competitors' live operators, if available, have even answered.
