Many of our competitors choose to focus solely on network health and remote management.  Airwave Networks prioritizes these items as well, however, we continue to refine our processes to get help to the off-line/discontented resident as quickly as possible.  Indeed, if Internet and/or CATV service is included in the rental package, residents expect property maintenance policies to apply to them.  Extended outages or periods of resident disconnection can cause residents to choose to leave a property.   A key discriminator in the industry for Airwave Networks is our commitment to on-site support.  After remotely diagnosing an issue, if remote/online repair cannot be accomplished within a short time-frame, Airwave will dispatch an on-site technician that keeps regular hours at the property.  The result, Airwave is already solving on-site issues, while our competitors are scheduling site visits by third party support vendors.   Residents experience some of the shortest on-hold times in the industry, when calling Airwave Networks, and either remotely or with a scheduled visit, they quickly gain resolutions to their concerns.
