Onsite Support

Airwave Networks will staff each property with Airwave Networks On-site Support Technicians (OST’s). 

These technicians are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the property’s internet, TV and phone services. Airwave Engineers and Airwave employed on-site support staff will work together to troubleshoot all CATV or network issues and effect repair and/or replacement of faulty equipment at no charge.

They are also available during property move-in to answer questions in addition to help configure and setup residents.
