In a high performance network, the most important resource is bandwidth. Bandwidth must be managed properly both at the facility’s Internet connection (typically DSL) and at the end user. While we have no wish to restrict clients from accessing our wide array of new and innovative network services, we do want to ensure that the property’s bandwidth resources are not disproportionately consumed by just a few residents.
