Network Support & Maintenance

AirWave Networks monitors and maintains the entire resident network, from the installed Internet Service Provider’s access circuits (T-1s/DS-3s) all the way to the residents’ outlets. Our monitoring and remote maintenance capabilities allow us to observe and address many issues directly from our network operations centers (NOCs).

In addition, by negotiating agreements for the property’s internet access circuits with underlying backbone providers, AirWave Networks serves as your single point of contact for all network service issues. In the case of a circuit service issue, we will work to coordinate service restoration efforts while providing regular updates to property management.

Network Monitoring Supports Efforts to Keep All Network Elements Running At Maximum Potential

Should AirWave Networks be unable to correct troubles remotely, our On-site Support Technicians (OSTs) stand ready to investigate issues locally. These technicians are equipped with laptop computers and AirWave Networks’ custom-designed communications toolkits. Through the combined efforts of AirWave’s engineers and OSTs, we are able to expeditiously identify and resolve most network issues

To resolve major equipment outages, fiber cuts, and internal wiring issues that fall outside the capability of our OSTs, AirWave Networks maintains relationships with equipment manufacturers, distributors, and local service technicians. By leveraging our national account status with these providers, AirWave Networks can have service technicians dispatched or equipment drop-shipped so as to expedite repair of the affected system.
