Call Center Support

Call Center SupportAirWave Networks provides support to residents, beginning with the resident’s initial network access and continuing throughout the length of the contract. We supply a toll free number providing phone support 24/7. Or, problems can be reported using an online Trouble Ticket System.

In response to problems reported via the ticket system, we provide telephone technical support at the first level.

On-Site Support Technicians (OSTs)

Our On-site Support Technicians (OSTs) maintain your network and assist residents. If a problem cannot be resolved over the telephone, an appointment is made for an OST to visit the resident’s apartment.

Through a combination of our Customer Care center, multiple local support technicians, and our powerful, Web-based, trouble ticket tracking and communications programs, AirWave Networks ensures that you and your residents get the individual attention you need for resolving connectivity issues.

Resident Portals

AirWave Networks maintains a dedicated Web site for each student property we service. At these sites, residents can find valuable information about how to obtain service, activate accounts, set up e-mail, secure their computers, and enhance their overall online experience with AirWave Networks.
